School Services:
Lewisham Music Service provides instrumental tuition and curriculum support for primary, secondary and special schools in the borough. Please see our school page for further information. Most schools in Lewisham now have instrumental tuition or curriculum support provided by LMS.
Ensembles:
We offer an exciting range of after school ensembles/clubs that are open to any child who attends a Lewisham school or who is resident in the borough of Lewisham. These ensembles cater for children of varying abilities, levels and interest. We have a huge variety of ensembles, from recorder consorts to rock bands!
Saturday Centres:
In addition to our weekday services we run two Saturday music centres that offer a wide range of activities including instrumental lessons, musicianship classes, jazz improvisation, keyboard and ensembles.
After School Instrumental Lessons:
Throughout the week we provide instrumental lessons at our music centre at the Albany, between 4.30pm - 7.30pm. This tuition can be provided on an individual or group basis. As these sessions are so popular we have a waiting list for some instruments. If you would like to apply for these lessons please use our online application form. For further information please contact Joanna.
